As someone starting anew on playing the piano after a 50+ year absence, I was only slightly confident in my ability to hear the difference and understand the changes in piano technology. I wanted to visit the Piano Company since they are an authorized dealer for several piano brands in which I was interested. I was very impressed with the low-pressure atmosphere and comfortable in this family-owned business. I met the son who sent me to another store where they had a particular model I hoped to listen to. The owners are knowledgable, patient, and good at answering questions and explaining alternatives. I highly recommend the Piano Company
